• Company incorporation certificate and Memorandum of Articles and Association in respect of registered private limited company, Partnership deed Form A and Form C obtained from concerned Registrars of Firms in respect of registered partnership firms and Proprietorship concerns registration certificate registered obtained from competent licensing Authorities.
• Copy of Firm Registration with Labour Department and validity of the Registration.
• Copy of PAN CARD of Bidder in the name of Registered Private Limited Company/Registered Partnership Firms.
• Copy of Registration with Employees Provident Fund Organization.
• Copy of Registration with Employees State Insurance Corporation.
• Copy of Registration with Goods and Service Taxes from Commercial tax Department and GST Clearance Certificate.
• IT Returns for the last 3 financial years FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25 and
• Permission from the competent authority for supply of manpower from GST Department.
• Self declaration regarding service charge Annexure 5 is enclosed along with tender document
• Self-Declaration Certificate for not having Black listed or Defaulter in Rs.100 bond paper.
• The Bidder must have a minimum of 80 percentage of turnover value of the approximate tender amount.
• They should provide license copy as per Karnataka private security agency Regulation ACT-2005 dated 23.03.2009 and they have to provide service as per the ACT.
• Turn Over Certificate issued by the registered Chartered Accountants for the last 3 Financial Years - Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account Statement issued by the Chartered Accountant from the last 3 financial years with UDIN NUM of concerned CA FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25
• Work done certificates for 3 years of experience in supplying manpower last 3 financial years FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 & FY 2024-25. Work Orders will not be considered as providing similar services . A separate statement/report shall be provided for each similar service for each year along with the work done certificate issued by government/semi government.
