• Scanned copy of cost of tender in form of DD/Banker Cheque of Rs 500/- in favour of GE AF Chandigarh
• Scanned copy of Registration certificate (Provident Fund Code Number) of his firm with EPF Org.
• Scanned copy of GST Registration Number.
• For un-enlisted firm, scanned copy of all documents meeting enlistment criteria of D class in MES
• For un-enlisted firm, scanned copy of DD of Rs 60,000/- in form of EMD in favour of GE AF Chandigarh
• For un-enlisted firm, police verification from Police Authority or copy of valid passport
• List of work in hand as per NIT Note No.1 in case of E Class Contractors.
