• GST Clearance certificate 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25.
• List of customers whom such units are supplied in the last three years
• Name of the equipment & Model Quoted & Country of origin.
• Other documents specified in documents constituting Tender.
• Regulatory approvals and certifications whichever applicable for the concerned equipment.
• Small Scale Industries Certificate
• Technical Specification & Brochures, Literatures of each of the item of the equipment quoted.
• The annual financial turnover for last three years i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25. Balance sheet to be enclosed.
