Offline JEE/K-CET Training for Minority Students in Bengaluru

The Directorate of Minorities invites bids for conducting offline JEE and K-CET training classes for residential college students in Bengaluru for the year 2026-27. The tender follows a two-part bidding system and is open to reputed training institutions registered in India. The estimated bid value is Rs 2.00 with an EMD of Rs 1,350,000. The tender is published by the Minority Welfare Department under the Government of Karnataka.

• All the above details shall be provided in the prescribed format as per Annexure-H
• All the documents sought in the tender document should be uploaded
• Annual Turnover Certificate
• Audited Balance Sheets
• Company Registration Certificate
• Complete location details full address with district name of each institution
• Copies of Income Tax Returns filed for all three financial years
• Copies of valid Agreements which is of 3 years prior to this notification
• Leased/Rented - Valid Lease Agreement or Rental Agreement to be enclosed
• Owned - Ownership documents to be enclosed
• Photographs of the infrastructure facilities, including classrooms.
• Profit & Loss Accounts - Duly audited and certified by a Chartered Accountant
• Small Scale Industries Certificate
• Statutory Audit Reports for the above-mentioned financial years.
• The bidder shall furnish complete details of institutions operating under its own name
• The bidder shall furnish complete details of the Registered Office address Lease or rented agreement should be previous 3 years
• The bidder shall submit the following documents for the preceding three 3 financial years i.e FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
• The turnover certificate shall be duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, and a valid UDIN Unique Document Identification Number must be mentioned on the certificate
• Valid GST Registration Certificate & PAN Card.
• Valid Registration Certificate issued by the competent Government authority under the relevant Act
