• Affidavit as Annexure VIII.
• In case of Indian subsidiary, share holding pattern
• Valid Import and Export Certificate
• Annexure XVII Check list for the bidders
• Annexure XVIII-Market Standing cum Performance Statement of Manufacturer for Quoted Product/Items
