• Service/Workdone Certificate issued not below the rank of Executive Engineer to meet the Technical Capacity The Tenderer should have successfully provided manpower services or similar services i.e Supply of Computer operator/Driver/Watchman/Peon & Equivalent for any Central/State Govt during the last 3 Financial Years i.e Financial Years 2025-26,2024-25and2023-24 preceding the last date for submission of Tenders such that the total/combined manpower deployed are not less than 2 Persons/User.
• The Tenderer should have a Registered/ Branch Office in Karnataka If in corporate elsewhere, should have necessary permission/license to operate in Karnataka and the personnel proposed to be deployed for the services should be conversant in Kannada language
• Turnover Certificate issued with UDIN Number by Charted accountant to meet the Financial Capacity of a positive Net worth of Rs 2.02 Lakhs as at the end of Financial Year 2025-26
• Turnover Certificate issued with UDIN Number by Charted accountant to meet the Financial Capacity of minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs 16.14 Lakhs from the last three Financial Years 2025-26, 2024-25 and 2023-24
• valid license issued by the Labour Department under Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act, 1970
