• The Tenderer should have a Registered/ Branch Office in Karnataka If in corporate elsewhere, should have necessary permission/license to operate in Karnataka and the personnel proposed to be deployed for the services should be conversant in Kannada language
• Turnover Certificate issued with UDIN Number by Charted accountant to meet the Financial Capacity of a positive Net worth of Rs 4.73 Lakhs as at the end of Financial Year 2025-26
• Turnover Certificate issued with UDIN Number by Charted accountant to meet the Financial Capacity of minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs 37.82 Lakhs from the last three Financial Years 2025-26, 2024-25 and 2023-24
• valid license issued by the Labour Department under Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act, 1970
