• Line of Credit Certificate issued by nationalised bank to meet the Financial capacity with a credit facility of not less than Rs 2.87 Lakhs of credit line or letters of credit from the banks meeting the fund requirement
• Registration under Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provident Act,1952
• Registration under Employees State Insurance Act,1948
• Registration under Professional Tax
• Registration under the Goods and Service Tax GST
• Registration under the Shops and Commercial Establishments Act,1961
• Registration with the Department of Labor
• Supply of Computer operator/Driver/Watchman/Peon & Equivalent for any Central/ State Govt/ Semi Govt/ PSU/ reputed company established under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 during the last three Financial Years i.e Financial Years 2025-26, 2024-25 and 2023-24 preceding the last date for submission of Tenders such that the total / combined manpower deployed are not less than 2 Persons/User.
• The Tenderer should have a Registered/ Branch Office in Karnataka If in corporate elsewhere, should have necessary permission/license to operate in Karnataka and the personnel proposed to be deployed for the services should be conversant in Kannada language
• Turnover Certificate issued with UDIN Number by Charted accountant to meet the Financial Capacity of a positive Net worth of Rs 2.87 Lakhs as at the end of Financial Year 2025-26
• Turnover Certificate issued with UDIN Number by Charted accountant to meet the Financial Capacity of minimum Average Annual Turnover of Rs 22.94 Lakhs from the last three Financial Years 2025-26, 2024-25 and 2023-24
• valid license issued by the Labour Department under Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act, 1970
