The owner of the vehicle hired for Government duty should produce the pollution control certificate for every six months c. The owner of the vehicle hired for Government duty should produce valid documents like permit, fitness certificate insurance, tax etc., while applying to Government

• Transaction Fee Payable to APTS, Vijayawada
• IT PAN Card
• AP GST Registration Certificate
• AP GST Clearance Certificate
• Self Declaration on Rs. 100/- stamp paper to be effect of black listing of any department
• Any other documents required as per Tender Schedule
• Copy of professional Tax receipt with registration certificate as per G.O.Ms.No.44 water Resource Department.
