The tender is for the supply and provision of heavy-duty racks at a newly constructed records room near the TTD Press compound in Tirupati. The organization responsible is Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, Superintending Engineer - I. The delivery is expected within 3 days to the consignee in Tirupati.

• The contractor shall furnish their copy of permanent account number PAN Card
• Registration copy under GST Act 2017 i.e Taxpayer Identification Number in the prescribed proforma
• Details of similar works completed as Prime Contractor (in the same name) during the last five financial Years in Statement II with supporting certificates.
• Quantities of similar work executed as Prime Contractor (in the same name) in the last 5 financial years - in Statement III with supporting certificates.
• Details of existing commitments i.e., works on hand in Statement IV (A and B)
• Availability of critical equipment in Statement V.
• Availability of Key personnel in Statement VI.
• Litigation history in Statement VII.
• Proof of Liquid assets and / or credit facilities (Credit facility / letter of credits / Solvency certificates from Banks etc). Not older than one year.
• List of certificates enclosed.
• Declaration as given below
• EMD by BG (valid for 6 Months) or Online payment/Challan mandatorily paid through APTS Portal only as per NIT and also furnish copy of on line receipt in the case of on-line/Challan.
• Manufacturers/ Registered firms with relevant experience are eligible to quote to the value of ECV of this work.
• Details of value of relevant field execution of heavy duty racks works executed in the last 5 financial years in the Tenderers name in Statement-I with supporting certificates.
