This tender is for the supply and installation of LED street lights, replacing conventional lighting within Harihar Municipality limits. • Class 2 and above valid Registration Certificate issued by electrical inspectorateof government of Karnataka.
• Contractor Should submit PAN,GST,Phone number and Address for communication
• Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 15.25Lakhs Credit lines letters of credit certificates from Nationalized Scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement e tc Usually not lessthan 30 Percent of the estimated cash flow in format as per tender document
• Profit Loss statement and Balance Sheet of Last five Years i.e from the year 2021-22 to 2025-26 Certified by the Auditors.
• The prime contractor should be Executed any one work of the Last 05 Years of 2021-22 to 2025-26 in any one year the following minimum quantities of work Item Description Quantity executed 898 nos of StreetLight LED fittings
• Details of existing commitments and ongoing works as per Standard Tender Documents Section 3.1.5 A Proforma
• Similar Work Done Certificate of Rs.25.42 lakhs by the prime contractor in the last five years i.e.2021-22TO2025-26 duly signed by not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
