Installation of Two 50MT Weighbridges at APSSDCL Units

The tender involves the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of two 50MT weighbridges at APSSDCL godowns located in Badabanda village, NaNdigam mandal, Srikakulam district, and Gandhavaram village, Chodavaram mandal, Anakapalle district. The contracting organization is AP State Seeds Development Corporation Limited. The delivery location is Vijayawada.

• Bidder can be a Own Manufacturer and having license in supply/installation of Weighbridge and also should be Class 1 Civil License for the Civil Works. The vendor should have dealing license in AP.
• Bidder should have a service center locally
• Bidder must produce a self-declaration for the item Self Manufacturer for the Quoted item. (Relevant documents must be uploaded)
• The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act 1956 or partnership Act 1932 and should have been in operation for a period of at least 10 years as on tender published date. (Trusts and societies are not eligible to bid for this project) (Certificate of incorporation / Company registration certificate should be attached).
• Bidder must have valid GST Number(Relevant documents must be uploaded)
• Bidder must have valid PAN Number(Relevant documents must be uploaded).
• The bidder must have minimum turnover of Rs.10 Crores in each year for the past three years
• Audit reports for turnover of the bidder for three Financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) If Not available for the year 2025-26 then GST Filing Documents can be attached. (CA Certificate should be submitted in these regards)
• The Bidder declared blacklisted/ ineligible/ debarred by any Government institute/Authority/ order of any court of law/Private organization or having any case or litigation pending in any court of law shall not eligible. Self-declaration on 100/- on non-judicial stamp paper must be submitted
• Bidder must have minimum 10 years of experience in supply, installation and training program in Weighbridges. (Relevant documents must be uploaded).
• DTIC/NSIC/UdyogAdhar registration certificate of the unit valid as on date of RCO opening. (Relevant documents must be uploaded)
• The bidder shall submit the copy of the Manufacturer License in case of manufacturer from concerned Govt. authority issued not later than the year
