Tender for supply of 200 steel bookcases. Evaluation method is total value wise evaluation. Minimum average annual turnover of the bidder is 47 Lakh and OEM average turnover is 188 Lakh. Past performance is required and will be evaluated at 50%. Bid to RA is enabled with 50% lowest priced technically qualified bidders.
