This tender is for the replacement of damaged tiles flooring with cement concrete in the I-1 boys hostel building at RGUKT Nuzvid. The total tender value is 245189.0. The consignee is located in Nuzvid and the delivery is expected within 1 day.

• The Tenderer should submit copy of any class registration certificate as mentioned in tender notice
• The contractor should furnish copy of permanent account number (PAN) and copy of latest Income Tax returns AY 2025-26
• The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature (construction works/maintenance works/execution of repairing works in buildings) of work of value equal to ECV in any one financial year during last five financial years in the same name as a prime contractor from 2021-22 to 2025-26
• Non refundable Processing fee of Rs. 750/- to be paid by way of crossed demand draft drawn in favour of Director, RGU IIIT Nuzvid/ online
• EMD Rs. 7500/- in of favour Director, RGU IIIT Nuzvid to be valid for 6Months from the date of NIT
• The contractor shall furnish a copy of valid GST registration with Commercial Tax department
• Signed Undertaking and declaration form (as mentioned in Pg. 17,18,19)
