• The tenderer should complete the provisions of the contract labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970 and the corresponding Karnataka Rules 1974
• The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of not less than Amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 10.99 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2026-27 a practicing Chartered Accountant with Compulsory UID number along with copy of Income Tax returns
• Liquid Assets and or availability of cridet facilities of not less than Rs. 3.30 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirements etc., usavaly the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period
• Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Tender capacity AxNx2.5- B
