• BID CAPACITY- The bidders who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total value. The available bid capacity is calculated as Assessed available Bid capacity- AxNx2.5 -B F FOR OTHERS AND AxNx5.00 -B FOR SC/ST/CAT-1/CAT-2A as per tender notification AND Valid Turnover Certificate with UDIN Number.
• Copy of Income Tax returns filed mentioning PAN no. for the financial year 2025-26. Assessment year 2026-27
• The intending bidder shall upload self-attested letter pad mentioning latest Communication address, land phone and mobile Phone.
• The additional performance security bidder whose quoted offer is below the amount put to tender or the document stating the quoted offer is equal/above the amount put to tender
