• Valid Employees Provident Fund Registration Certificate with recent EPF paid challan
• The tenderer should complete the provisions of the contract labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970 and the corresponding Karnataka Rules 1974
• Minimum financial turnover of not less than Amount put to tender i.e. Rs. 6.46 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 turnover during 2020-21 to 2024-25 only will be considered duly updating the financial turnover at 10percent per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited per annum upto 2020-21 certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with Compulsory UID number
• Liquid Assets and or availability of cridet facilities of not less than Rs. 1.94 Lakhs Credit lines/ letters of credit / certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirements etc., usavaly the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period
• Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Tender capacity AxNx2.5- B
