Repairing and Servicing of Butterfly Valves and Gear Boxes in Mysuru Pump Houses

This tender is for the repair and servicing of butterfly valves and gear boxes at Melapura and Remmanahalli Pump Houses under the Melapura Water Supply Scheme. The work is commissioned by the Directorate of Municipal Administration, Mysuru City Corporation. The tender value is INR 494,460 with a bid submission deadline of August 10, 2026.

• The bidder should submit the GST/PAN Registration Certificate.
• Bidder should have valid Class-3 and above Registered Electrical /CIVIL Contractor License issued from Public Work Department or Inspectorate of Electricity.
• Tenderer in their name should submit annual turnover certificate any two years from last five years of Rs.5.84 Lakhs in each year.The turn over certificate should be mandatorily certified from charted accountant and mention UDIN number is compulsory, otherwise it will be subjected to rejection
• The Tenderer should have at least executed and satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one Similar supply and installation/repair of BUTTERFLY VALVE Work in any Govt. Agency/ULBs/PSU for amount not less than Rs.2.92 Lakhs in Last Five Years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26NOTE The work done certificate submitted should be signed not less than the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent grade officer and also mention the E-procurement indent number.
