IIT BHU is seeking bids for the renovation of Library, MLT, and LT-1 in the Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering and Technology. The project is valued at INR 2,383,258 and is scheduled for completion within 120 days.

• Bidder registration copies of CPWD/CPSUs/Central Universities/IITs/NITs/IIMs/railways/MES/UPPWD etc.
• Documents regarding legal status of firm and written power of attorney of the signatory.
• Self-certified copy of work orders alongwith work completion certificate as per eligibility criteria
• Qualifications and experiences of key site management, technical personnel proposed for the contract
• Solvency certificate from bank and scanned copy of DD/FDR for EMD.
• Affidavit as per clause 1.2.2.
• No loss certificate, turnover from CA, GST registration certificate, PAN card ESI/ EPF etc.
• Duly filled in priced BoQ.
• Duly signed and scanned copy of priced BoQ in PDF format.
