• Scanned copy of technical staff as per the format given in SBD.
• Scanned copy of works executed during last five years as per the format given in SBD.
• Scanned copies of allotments in support of works executed during last five year.
• Scanned copy of PAN Card and ITR for last five years.
• Authority to seek references from bidders banks as per the format given in SBD.
• Information regarding any litigation/arbitration during last five years as per format given in SBD
