Reconstruction of Dilapidated Bridge in Sagara Taluk

• To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 b satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work such as construction of Bridge work of value not less than Rs.27.76 lakhs.
• The Tenderer should have executed in any one financial year in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1.Earth work Excavation / Embankment/Subgrade - 565.00 Cum, 2.PCC/RCC - 254.00 Cum, 3. Steel - 19.25 Tonne work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer
• Statement indicating the A.Existig commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted . The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.
• To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2a achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.55.51 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number
• Each tenderer should further demonstrate 3.3b liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs.16.65 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,
• EMD for Rs. 1,00,000 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL KPPP and the Balance of Rs.12,000 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP.
• The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-III and Above contractor.
