This tender is for the reconstruction of bridges connecting NH-7 to Juttanahalli cross road and Ardesanahalli-sadappanahalli gate roads in Devanahalli taluk. The project is managed by the Public Works Department, Bengaluru. The tender value is INR 35,994,079.13 with an earnest money deposit of INR 540,000.00. The bidding process is open and national competitive bidding is applied.

• Annual Turnover Certificate and Balance sheets Certified from Registered Chartered Accountant with UDIN Number compulsory mentioned in turnover certificate.
• KPWD Class II and above Registration Certificate
• Work Done Certificate for Similar nature work, duly attested by the Officer Not below the rank of E.E.
• GST Certificate, Pan Card & Tin Certificate
• Banker Certificate - Line of Credit in the prescribed form
• INCOME TAX Balance sheets and Annual Turnover Certificate issued by the CA with Membership No. with UDIN -2021-22 to 2025-26
• Existing Commitments work details - B-Value - should be furnished duly attested by the concerned Executive Engineer as per Standard Tender Documents
• Each Tenderer should further demonstrate Availability by owning/Lease/Hire basis the following key and critical equipment for this work-For Lease/Hire basis relevant documents. commitment agreements etc shall be scanned and uploaded. Minimum 50 percent of the required machinery should be owned by the Tenderer. Remaining 50 percent of the required machinery may be owned/procured on Lease basis/Hire basis
