Reconstruction of Bridge on Mandya-Hadagali State Highway

This tender is for the reconstruction of a bridge at KM 260.800 on the Mandya-Hadagali State Highway near Sasalu Village in Holalkere Taluk. The project is managed by the Public Works Department, Karnataka, with a tender value of INR 39,042,324.96. The bidding is open nationally and the tender is scheduled to close on August 14, 2026. The location of the project is Chitradurga city.

• The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-II and Above contractor.
• To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 a achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 780.84 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number
• To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 3.2 b satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Bridge work of value not less than Rs. 195.21 lakhs. Work done Certificate issued by competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer
• The Tenderer should have executed in any one year in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 3.2 c the following minimum quantities of work 1. EWE / Embankment/Subgrade- 2459.00 m3 2. PCC/RCC /DLC/PQC- 2224.00 m3 3. TMT Steel -112.00 Tonne Work done Certificate issued by competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer.

• List of machinery on own OR Hire OR Lease Basis 1. Machine Concrete Mixer-01 No 2. Transit mixer - 2 Nos 3. Tipper- 2 Nos. 4. JCB/ Excavator- 1 No 5. Water tanker- 1 No 6. Slip form paver-1 No Ownership, saledeed, Registration certificates, Delivery invoice, lease hire document attested by Notary
• Each tenderer should further demonstrate 3.3 b liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 117.12 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,
• EMD for Rs. 100000.00 shall be paid through KPPP and the Balance of Rs.485700.00 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e-payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP. The bidder has to submit the uploaded original Bank guarantee or other documents which described above before entering the agreement if awarded.
• Statement 3.6 indicating the A Existing commitments and ongoing works, B Details of works for which tenders are already submitted . The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A ,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.
• Name, address, and telephone, telex, and fax numbers of the Tenderers may provide references if contacted by the Employer.
