The estimated weight of this waste paper material is approximately 25–30 quintals. Therefore, sealed conditional tenders are invited from waste paper dealers, artisans who manufacture handmade paper and paper-based products, and authorized representatives of paper mills interested in purchasing this waste paper. Tenders received by the stipulated date and time will be opened on August 11, 2026 (Tuesday) at 3:30 PM in the presence of the tenderers.
