• The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature (construction works/maintenance works/execution of repairing works in buildings) of work of value equal to ECV in any one financial year during last five financial years in the same name as a prime contractor from 2021-22 to 2025-26
• Non refundable Processing fee of Rs. 750/- to be paid by way of crossed demand draft/online drawn in favour of Director, RGU IIIT Nuzvid/ online at prevailing AP GOS
• EMD Rs. 7800/- in of favour Director, RGU IIIT Nuzvid to be valid for 6Months from the date of NIT
• Signed Undertaking and declaration form (as mentioned in Pg. 17,18,19)
