Reconstruction of Bridge on Channagiri-Kagatur Road in Davanagere

This tender is for the reconstruction of a bridge at 2.60 KM on the Channagiri-Kagatur (MDR) Road in Channagiri Taluk, Davanagere District. The project is issued by the Public Works Department, Government of Karnataka, with a tender value of INR 22,230,487.21. The bidding is open nationally under a two-cover system, with the tender closing on August 14, 2026.

• The Tender should have a valid KPWD Registered Class-II and Above contractor.
• To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 3.2a achieved in at least TWO financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 444.61 Lakhs, in all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only Balance sheet & Profit & Loss Account indicating contract receipts issued by the competent accountant / Authority with UDIN number
• To qualify for Award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 3.2bsatisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Bridge/Box culvert work of value not less than Rs. 111.15 lakhs. Work done Certificate issued by competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer
• The Tenderer should have executed in any one year in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26 3.2c the following minimum quantities of work 1.Excavation/Embackment/Sub Grade -4810 Cum 2.PCC/RCC/DLC - 866 Cum 3. TMT Steel - 49 Tonne work done Certificate issued by the competent Authority of rank not less than Executive Engineer
• Each tenderer should further demonstrate -3.3b liquid assets and / or availability of Credit facilities of not less than Rs. 66.70 Lakhs Credit lines / letter of credit / certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.,
• EMD for Rs.100000.00 shall be paid through KARNATAKA PUBLIC procurement PORTAL or KPPP and the Balance of Rs.234000.00 by Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank or demand draft/bankers cheque/specified small savings instruments online/ or offline modes of e payment. bidder should upload the scanned Copy of such original document issued by Nationalised/Scheduled Bank IN KPPP.
• Statement indicating the A.Existig commitments and ongoing works, B.Details of works for which tenders are already submitted. The statements should furnished as per statement 1.5 A,B of Section 3 of Qualification information in Standard Bid document.
