Tractor and Labour Services for Garbage Handling at Autonagar Block-B

The tender is for providing tractor and labour services for loading and unloading garbage at Autonagar Block-B, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam District. The work involves collecting garbage from each unit, roadside margins, and open spaces. The project is funded by IALA Funds and managed by AP Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited, Zonal Manager Industrial Estate Visakhapatnam.

• Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with State Central Government departments and undertakings
• Self Declaration cum Undertaking in the prescribed format
• Copy of latest IT returns filed along with copy of PAN card
• Copy of GST Registrations per GST act 2017
• Value of Civil Engineering works executed in the last ten financial years or current financial year in the Tenderers name in Statement I with supporting certificates
• Details of group of similar works each of value not less than 50 percentage of ECV executed as Prime Contractor in the same name in any one year during the last Ten years showing year wise break up of value of work executed in Statement II with supporting
• Quantities of work executed as Prime Contractor in the same name in any one year during the last ten financial years or current financial year in Statement III with supporting certificates
• Details of existing commitments i e works on hand and works for which tenders are submitted in Statement IV with Supporting Certificates
• Availability of key critical equipment as specified in Statement V
• Availability of Key personnel in Statement VI
• Litigation history in Statement VII
• Proof of liquid assets in the shape of Solvency certificates etc for the required amount The solvency certificate shall not be earlier than one year from the last date for submission of bids
• Transaction fee by way of Electronic Payment Gateway
• List of certificates enclosed in Statement VIII
• The contractor should produce all the requisite registrations such as Labour license, PF and ESIC from appropriate authorities for employing contract labour.
• The contractor shall deploy sanitation workers whose age is below 60 years. Documentary proof of age shall be furnished whenever required by APIIC IALA
• The working hours for all sanitation personnel shall be from 09 AM to 05 PM, with a one hour lunch break. The contractor shall ensure the availability of the required workforce during the prescribed working hours
• The tractors deployed for garbage transportation shall have the body height increased by at least one foot to facilitate safe loading and transportation of garbage without spillage. Each tractor shall undertake a minimum of three trips per day for lifting and transportation of garbage from the notified areas to the designated disposal location.
• In the event that the contractor fails to complete the prescribed three trips per tractor per day or fails to provide the required manpower and vehicles or services as per the tender conditions proportionate deductions shall be made from the contractors monthly bill based on the extent of the shortfall as determined by the Commissioner APIIC-IALA. The decision of the Commissioner shall be final
