• GST or Service Tax Registration Certificate, Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities and Last GST Paid Challan
• Karnataka labour department Registration Certificate Attach valid Registration Certificate of agency obtained from the issuing authorities
• Satisfactory completed in at least one financial year in last five years 2021-22 to 2025-2026 one similar contract of Providing manpower Services of value not less than Rs.15.00 Lakhs and Attach Experience Certificate issued by the Employer of State Government, Central Government, State or Central undertaking boards or Urban local bodies
• Service provider should have minimum 03 years experience in the field of providing man power services. Service provider needs to submit the Individual or firm or Company registration certificates by the competent authority
• Service provider should have registered under PSARA Act, 2005, Service provider needs to submit the Valid PSARA Registration Certificate
