• Form 27A for Q4 FY 2025-26 & Q1 current FY, and Form 16 copy of outsourced employee for previous FY.
• Labour License/ Firm or Agency Registration Certificate
• Line of credit obtained from the nationalised banks
• Monthly salary disbursement certificates obtained from not below the rank of Deputy Conservator of Forests/ Division Head
• Past Experience Certificates pertaining to outsource services provided in Mysore or Chamarajanagar district obtained from not below the rank of DCF/ Division Head
• Payment orders from the competent authority or certificate about No Decease incident reports from the principal employer i.e., DCF/ Division Head for last 5 years
