Provision of Basic Amenities in Hirekodi Village, Belagavi District

This tender invites bids for providing basic amenities near Hanuman temple and surrounding colonies in Hirekodi village, Chikodi taluka, Belagavi district. • Income Tax PAN card and Income Tax returns filed for the Financial year 2025-26 / Assessment year 2026-27
• To qualify for award of this contract each bidder in his or her name in the last 5 years should have satisfactorily completed at least 90percent of the contract value of on going works as prime contractor at least one Road work of the value not less than i.e. Rs 25.00 lakhs during the last five years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Certificates should be obtained from the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and counter signed
• To qualify for the award of the contract the bidder should have an annual financial turnover of Rs 50.00 lakhs in at least Two financial years during the last 5 years turnover during 2021-22 to 2025-26 only will be considered duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percent per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited. Audited profit and loss statement with year wise turnover statement
• Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 15.00 lakhs Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc
• The contractor should attach their recent correct portal address, Phone No. mail address
• Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity AxNx 2.5-B
