The tender involves providing and operating pumps during the monsoon season at two schools in Delhi: SKV NO.1 Molarband and SKV Madanpur Khadar Extension, Phase-3.

• EMD in the form of TC,DD,pay order,Bankers Cheque,FDR drawn in favour of EE,CBMD M-423,PWD,Delhi.
• copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD on the Proforma attached on page no.-14 in the NIT.
• copy of Registration with CPWD in appropriate class of Building and Road Category---(see NIT Page-6)
• Copy of GST Registration Certificate of State in which the work is to be taken up---(see NIT page-6)
• Copy of GST Undertaking, if the bidder has not obtained GST registration in State---(see NIT page-6)
• Copy of PAN Card issued by Income Tax Department.
• Form-C (see NIT Page-6 and Page-12)
• Experience certificate issued by an officer not below the EE for similar work.
• An Affidavit as per para 1.2.2 of CPWD-6 (see NIT Page-6 and Page-7)
