• In the name of the Executive Engineer, Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation Division, Chikkaballapur Solvency Certificate worth Rs.7.56 lakh.
• Information regarding GST and Income Tax payments made during the previous year
• Name of the organization, copy of bank account details related to the organization
• No Dues Certificate from Police Department
• Obtaining and submitting a No Objection Certificate ,NOC, from offices where one has previously worked ,3 years,
• Submission of 6 vehicle drivers names and DL documents
• Three year service experience certificate, Government office/Public sector undertaking
• Turnover Certificate Certified by a CA
