Procurement of Special Welding Electrodes for Maintenance

This tender is for the procurement of special welding electrodes intended for maintenance works in the Bottom Ash Section. The tender is issued by APGENCO-CE -O&M- RTPP. The consignee is located in AP with a quantity of 1 unit specified.

• EMD AS PER PROCEDURE FOR BID SUBMISSION
• SSI/NSIC/MSME CERTIFICATE WILL BE CONSIDERED IF YOU ARE THE MANUFACTURER FOR THE SUBJECT MATERIAL AND IT IS COVERED IN STORE DETAILS OF SSI/NSIC CERTIFICATE OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO PAY EMD
• PLEASE PROVIDE PAN AND GST DETAILS ALONG WITH CERTIFICATE AND HSN CODES
• Proforma of Terms and Conditions (Duly Filled-in , signed and shall be uploaded in technical bid)
• Statement of Deviations sheet (Duly Filledin, Signed and shall be uploaded in technical bid)
• Complete Technical Specifications/Technical data sheet (shall be upload in technical bid)
• COPIES OF PURCHASE ORDERS EXECUTED FOR THE SUBJECT MATERIAL
• Please note that, as per new guidelines of APGENCO, the payment will be made through e-payment ONLY. Hence furnish your BANK details in the enclosed prescribed format
• The Successful bidder shall submit sample for approval before supplying bulk supplies
• The Successful bidder shall submit Test Certificates along with the material to the site for QC Review
• The Successful bidder shall submit Certificate of compliance as per compliance with Enquiry specifications with respect to dimensions, materials, workmanship, fitment and Tag marking as per requirements mentioned in the enquiry along with the material to the site for QC Review.
• The Successful bidder shall submit Guarantee and inter changeability certificates along with the material.
• The Successful bidder shall supply the electrodes packing with shelf life packing standards.
• Please note that material may be accepted based on sample approval, visual inspection and dimensional check by APGENCO/EIC.
