• Attach the copy of ISO 10004-2018 Certificate
• Attested copy of payment details towards Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund for the past 3 years. FORM-D Rule 3-A
• BIDDER SHOULD UPLOAD ALL RELEVANT TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS AS PER CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE TENDER DOCUMENT ATTACHED
• Clearance certificate-NOC taken from the Labour Department stating that no cases or complaints against the contractor. The certificate should be taken within 6 months from the date of the tender published
• Furnish the Copy of Net Cash Accruals certificate and Net worth Certificate duly Signed by the Chartered Accountant
• Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 6.3 lakhs
• Minimum quantities labour supply workdone certificate
• Satisfactorily completed at least one similar works of value not less than Rs. 10.40 lakhs, as prime contractor
• Tenderer shall produce attested copies of registration certificates of Labour Department, ESI and PF Department
• Upload CMMI Level 5 accreditation Certificate
