• You are requested to furnish Complete technical specifications, Dimensional drawings if any of the offered material clearly indicating the MAKE of the material
• Duly filled in Proforma of Terms and Conditions and Statement of Deviations
• Copies of the previous Purchase orders executed for the subject material
• Certificate of Authorized dealer/Distributorship, whichever required
• Bank details as per the Annexure enclosed, in original on Companys letter head, duly signed by the authorized signature with stamp, along with cancelled cheque
• Submission of Material Test certificate, along with material
• Material Test certificate shall contain equipment calibration certificate number
• Submission of Testing equipment calibration traceable to the NABL standards, along with material
• Submission of Certificate of Conformance, along with material
