• Copy of PAN card and Income Tax returns for the preceding one financial year
• Declaration to the extent that they are binding to all the tender conditions
• Self-Declaration letter to the extent that they have not been black listed in any of the organizations
• Supply of the relevant item experience for the preceding one financial year (Copies of clear invoices/way bills in proof of experience i.e., cloth items should be uploaded)
• Letter towards authorized signatory to sign and submit bid in the case of Dealers etc.
• Lab Report issued by anyone of the Textile Committee/any Central Silk Boards that the samples are conforming to the specifications of TTD duly certifying that all the parameters are as per specifications of TTD and declaring that the sample submitted to TTD is one and same that was tested in the Textile Committee/any Central Silk Boards. Lab report to be uploaded ONLINE as well as to be furnished
• Lab report to be uploaded ONLINE as well as to be furnished to the G.M (Procurement), TTDs, Tirupati in original
