• Declaration to the extent that they have not been black listed in any of the organizations.Supply of the relevant item experience for the preceding one financial year (copies of clear invoices/way bills in proof of experience i.e., cloth items should be uploaded)
• Self-Declaration letter
• Letter towards authorized signatory to sign and submit bid in the case of Dealers etc.
• Original Lab Report issued by any of Central Silk Boards/Textile Committee that samples are conforming to specifications of TTD duly certifying that all parameters are as per specifications of TTD and declaring that sample submitted to TTD is one and same that was tested in the any of the Central Silk Boards/Textile Committee along with sample (exclusively issued for testing) should be furnished
