• Proof of payment of 1 percent bid security
• Proof for supply of 40 percent quoted quantity as per Section VI of Tender Document, Copies to be notarized
• Proof for supply of 20 percent Performance as per Section VI of Tender Document, Copies to be notarized. Copies to be notarized
• Proof of Vendor Registration in APCPDCL or proof for manufacturer Copies to be notarized
• Copy of Valid Income Tax and sales tax clearance certificate copies to be notarized
• Report on financial turnover of the bidder. Copies to be notarized
• Type test certificates as per tender specification. Copies to be notarized
• Letter of authorization to sign the bids copies to be notarized
• Information regarding Quantity offered, payment terms, Delivery schedule, GTP etc duly filled in Form IIIA shall be uploaded along with proof of documents
• Failure to upload any of the above documents will be treated as non-responsive
• Successful bidders has to pay corpus fund to APeprocurementat the time of concluding agreement
• Copy of Valid BIS EEL Standard Mark Certificate should be submitted
• Copy of BEE Star labeling certificate should be submitted
