• The Tenderer should submit to this office Samples of each biscuits - 10 Nos. (each variety)
• Copy of Firm registration
• Copy of GST registration
• Copy of PAN Card / Income Tax returns
• Declaration abiding all the terms and conditions of the tenderer (Annexure-A)
• Declaration to the extent that they have not been black listed in any of the organizations (Annexure-B)
• Supply experience of relevant commodity in one year in the last three years (Annexure-C)
• The firm should have FSSAI License
• The Tenderer should upload the EMD paid particulars
• The entire document of NIT should be signed by the authorized representative of the firm and the same should be submitted to online
