• Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects.
• Shall not have any Litigation History in any of their Previous Projects.
• Shall not have been Blacklisted or Terminated in any of their Previous Projects
• Similar nature of work Experience Certificate
• Software possissing Details
• The Consultant shall have a Own NABL accredited Full Fledged Laboratory with all the relevant equipments in Karnataka
• The Consultants shall mandatorily pay a flying visit to 100 percent of the Project and submit Brief Reports.
• The Consultants Should have experience in Preparation of DPR and Structural design of Government Building work costing minimum Rs.5.00 Crores within previous five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.
• To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25, 2025-26. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.5.00 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature
