ith reference to the contract agreement dated 30.06.2026 executed between us (copy enclosed), for maintaining cleanliness and sweeping work in the premises belonging to the court/office of (1) the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kullu, H.P., (2) the Senior Civil Judge-cum-CJM, Kullu and (3) the Civil Judge-cum-JMFC, Kullu, situated within the District Court Complex, Dhalpur, Kullu, H.P., as well as the office at residence of the above Judicial Officers, at the rate of Rs.18,900/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Nine Hundred only) per month with material and all taxes, for the period w.e.f. 01.07.2026 to 31.03.2027 (09 months) during the current financial year 2026-27, strictly as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender Notice of even number dated 13.03.2026, read with extension notices dated 07.04.2020 and 21.04.2026 the above work order is accordingly hereby issued to you. The particulars of person to be deployed be also supplied to this office.
