With reference to the contract agreement dated 30.06.2026 executed between us (copy enclosed), for maintaining cleanliness and sweeping work in High Court Guest House, Keylong, District Lahaul-Spiti, H.P., at the rate of Rs.18,600/- (Rupees Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred only) per month with material and all taxes, for the period w.e.f. 01.07.2026 to 31.03.2027 (09 months) during the current financial year 2026-27, strictly as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Tender Notice of even number dated 13.03.2026, read with extension notices dated 07.04.2026 ana 21.04.2026, the above work order is accordingly hereby issued to you. In addition to the aforesaid cleanliness duties, the outsourced worker shall also be required to perform the duties of a Chowkidar for watch and ward of the High Court Guest House, Keylong, during the absence of the regular Chowkidar. No additional remuneration or incentive of any kind shall be payable to him for performing such additional duties. The particulars of person to be deployed be also supplied to this office.
