Operation and Maintenance of Multi-Village Water Supply Scheme in Shivamogga

This tender is for the operation and maintenance of the Multi-Village Water Supply Scheme including Kambdal Hosuru and 21 other villages in Bhadravathi Taluk, Shivamogga District. • Satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of the contract value, as prime contractor, for a period of one year,operation and maintenance of at least one MVS in rural area/one urban water supply scheme of value not less than Rs 173.89 lakhs usually not less than 50 percent estimated value of contract for which tender is invited
• Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.22.96 Lakhs Credit lines or Letter of credit or certificates from banks,for meeting the fund requirement etc.Not less than 30 percent of the 5th year O and M Cost
• Work orders/Commitments of works in hand
• List of existing commitments and ongoing works
• List of works for which tenders already submitted
• Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value
• Contractor should submitte scan Copy of PAN and Aadhar card
• Accurate postal address and phone number/mobile number.
• To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years,period Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering works only of Rs.153.01 Lakhs Two times of estimated O & M Cost or 5th year or average of all the 5 years estimated O & M Cost

• Past Experience Satisfactorily carried out O and M works for Multi Village Water Supply Scheme having Water Treatment Plant of capacity 2.04 MLD workdone certificate issued by not below rank of Executive Engineer
