Operation and Maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems in Tirumala TTD Buildings

This tender is for the operation and comprehensive maintenance of fire fighting systems at various TTD buildings in Tirumala for the years 2026 to 2027. The contract duration is two years. The tender is issued by the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams - Superintending Engineer II.

• Copy of Registration of Registered firm / Contractor with relevant experience is eligible to quote as per NIT.
• The Tenderer shall furnish their copy of permanent account number PAN Card
• Copy of commercial tax registration under GST
• Transaction FEE payable on line to APTS, Vijayawada
• E.M.D. Rs 1,66,000/- (drawn not before 28.07.2026) to be mandatorily paid in the shape of BG in favour E.O, TTD Tirupati (valid for 6 months) / Online payment/ Challan. (The scanned copy will only be accepted)
• Registered firm / Contractor having relevant experience in the relevant field (Operation and maintenance works (or) execution of capital works of firefighting systems). Experience certificate shall be issued by the Agreement concluded authority only)
• The firms eligible to quote should have executed similar nature of work in operation and maintenance works (or) execution of capital works of firefighting systems costing not less than Rs 42.00 lakhs in any financial year during the period 2021-22 to 2025-26. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10 percent per year to bring them to current price level the fin
• The firms eligible to quote should have the liquid assets/credit facility/solvency certificate from scheduled banks of value not less than Rs 21.00 lakhs (Not older than ONE year).
• The Contractor shall submit copy of PAN card and copy of latest Income Tax return submitted to IT Department along with proof of submission
• The Contractors should invariably upload the scanned copies of Bid Security and experience certificates and other relevant documents duly signed by them

• Any other document as mentioned in NIT conditions for technical qualification
