An auction via the open-bid method will be held on August 29, 2026, at 4:30 PM in the auditorium of the 'Chaudah Nyayalaya Bhavan' (Fourteen Court Building) for the remaining 20 shop spaces located within the District Court premises, Meerut. These spaces may be used for businesses such as stationery, photocopying, refreshments, meals, fruit chaat, paan, etc. Participants must deposit the prescribed earnest money—either in cash or via a bank draft payable to the District Judge, Meerut—with the Cashier, Civil Court, Meerut, by 10:30 AM on August 29, 2026. Except for the highest bidders, the earnest money of all other participants will be refunded on the same day.
