Routine Maintenance of Electrical Installations and Fans

This tender involves the routine maintenance of electrical installations including motors, electrical installations (MOEI), fans, and pump sets, along with compound lights at various VREC centers in New Delhi for the fiscal year 2026-27.

• Earnest Money as per NIT
• ii) CPWD registered contractor shall upload the enlistment order.
• iii) Certificate of registration of GST
• iv) GST Registration Certificate of the State in which the work is to be taken up, if al
• v) Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD to division office of any Executive Engineer
• vi) Valid Electrical License or undertaking regarding that work shall be carried out through ele
• vii) Scanned copy of PAN Card
• viii) Scanned copy of Registration of ESIC and EPF
• ix) If the bidder has not obtained GST registration in the State in which the work is to be taken up
• x) Affidavit on Non Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100 as per Form-E (Required from both CPWD and Non)
• xi) Contractor shall provide the communication details on letter head like communication address and
• ii) Certificates of Work Experience for Non-CPWD Registered contractor
• iii) Affidavit as per clause 1.2.2 of CPWD 6 for Non-CPWD Registered contractor
• Should have average annual financial turnover of at least Rs.1.67 Lac for NonCPWD Registered contrac
• Should not have incurred any loss(profit after tax should be positive) in more than 2 years (for Non
• Should have a Solvency of Rs. 2,22,676/- from the bank as prescribed (40 of Estimated cost).
