• Copy of Solvency of Rs. 1.75 Lac or net worth certificate for Rs. 0.44 Lac as per NIT.
• Scanned Copy of Original Letter Head with Email and mobile no. of the firm/ agency on the letterhead
• Scanned Copy of an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper duly attested by notary as per Form-E
• An affidavit on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 100/- regarding back-to-back execution as per Form-F
