This tender is for labour charges related to regular maintenance, breakdown works, and cleaning of coal rejects jams in the Mill Rejects System of Unit-8 boiler stage-V at Dr.NTTPS. The contract duration is six months starting in the year 2026-27. The tender value is 1,123,666.0.

• The firm shall submit labour licence, undertaking letter if no of contract labour is less than 50 Nos
• The firm shall furnish EMD as per clause No.25 of the general terms and conditions attached
• The firm shall submit copies of EPF,ESI registration Certificates
• The firm shall submit copies of PAN,GST if applicable undertaking if not applicable
• Registration of Firms certificate is Mandatory in case of Partnership firms and they shall submit a copy of the document for participating in tenders
• Solvency Certificate equal to the ECV from any Nationalized/ Scheduled bank
• The firm shall furnish previous experience documents related to the same / similar kind of work
