• details of vehicles possessed either on own or on lease
• copies of PF, EST and GST registration with challans Return for the last financial year 2024-25
• ISO certificate or equivalent with documentary proof
• Bidder should not be blacklisted on the date of bid opening by state/central/quasi Govt.bodies
• details of management team structure with responsible staff for contact
• copies of balance sheet,profit and loss account ,IT returns acknowledgement for 2022-23,23-24,24-25
