Security Maintenance • Security patch updates for PHP, CMS, and third-party libraries. • Removal of malware (if any). • Protection against common web vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10). • SSL certificate configuration support (certificate procurement excluded). • Periodic security audits and vulnerability assessment. • Fixing identified security vulnerabilities. C. Performance Optimization • Website performance tuning. • Database optimization. • Image optimization (existing images). • Cache configuration. • Website speed optimization. D. Backup & Recovery Support • Configuration and monitoring of scheduled backups. • Restoration support from available backups in case of website failure. • Backup verification. E. CMS Maintenance • CMS version upgrades (where technically feasible). • Plugin/module updates. • Theme compatibility checks. • User role and permission management. • Fixing CMS-related issues. F. Content Management Support • Technical assistance for uploading content provided by MAHAPREIT. • Resolving formatting issues. • Fixing broken hyperlinks. • Updating downloadable documents (PDFs, notices, circulars, tenders, etc.). • Banner replacement. • Gallery updates. • Menu modifications. • Creation of new pages using existing templates. Note: Content creation shall remain the responsibility of MAHAPREIT. G.
